how it started
We didn't come to this from the outside. For years we worked on big-budget events ourselves and felt the pain firsthand. Budgets scattered across fragile spreadsheets, numbers that never reconciled in time, and that sinking feeling when a formula broke the week of the show.

Everywhere we looked, it was the same story. An entire industry running millions through spreadsheets held together by hope. Talented teams losing nights and weekends to manual reconciliation instead of the work that actually matters.

So we built the thing we always wished we'd had, not "another finance tool" for accountants but one live source of truth for the whole event team, ops, marketing, finance, and leadership. That's the whole reason Procast exists.

Today, he’s juggling the beautiful chaos of a busy family life while passionately building the future of event finance. He knows exactly what’s at stake when the numbers don't add up, and he’s on a mission to make sure they always do.
Bruno
The global strategist
Based between the sunshine of Portugal and the energy of Dubai, Bruno is busy raising a young family and strongly believes that 'over-complicated' is just another word for 'broken'. He's the bridge between complex global entities and simple, actionable data. Having sat in the hot seat himself, Bruno's goal is to give you back the time he and James lost to manual reporting all those years ago.
